Visit of Capuchin students from Eastern Europe
Friday, 04 August 2017
We were delighted to welcome five students from Eastern Europe along with their Formator for a three week experience of Capuchin life in Ireland and Irish culture.
The progress of the trip was closely followed by hundreds of people on Social Media who eagerly awaited the daily updates.
Over the course of their trip our brothers got a chance to work in the Capuchin Day Centre for Homeless People in Dublin as well as visiting our Frairies in Dublin, Kilkenny, Carlow and Donegal. The trip also took in Glendalough, Knock Shrine and a walking tour of Derry City.
Our brothers have returned home to Krakow to continue their studies. We wish them every blessing and thank them for their presence among us.
